Amy and I just wanted to thank you for all the help you provided throughout the entire house hunting process. Your knowledge of the area and what really added value to a property helped make the decision for us. The sun hitting the lanai most of the day and the dock with boat hoists are a real plus for our family. Not to mention the great price you helped negotiate.
As an out-of-state buyer your pre-screening and walk-through of potential properties before we arrived made the process so much smoother and allowed us to focus just on properties that fit our criteria. Plus, we really appreciate you doing the final walk-through and letting the furniture, cleaning and pest companies into the house. We can sleep easier knowing that the pool table and piano were taken out as promised. That saved us a lot of time and trouble. We will be way ahead of things when we arrive with the kids in March.
